What is the Behavet Referral Service?

At Behavet, we look after thousands of Veterinary referrals per year.

As Veterinary Professionals ourselves, we know how hard it can be to find a service that works for your practice, and that's why we focus on:
- Making the referral process quick and pain-free for you

- Ensuring the appointment wait time is always less than 4 weeks

- Looking after all payment details directly with the insurer or owner

- We do direct claims with many major insurers

- Working with you to look after your client and ensuring the plan fits any ongoing treatment from your practice.

- referring with trust is easy with our team of Veterinary Professionals with additional clinical behaviour education including: MSc, PgCerts and diplomas.

- Totally remote meaning we can cover your behaviour referral needs wherever you are

How do the referrals work?

It's really simple. Once you've filled in our two-minute referral form, we let you know that we've received the referral and we get in contact with the owner to schedule an appointment (the wait times are guaranteed less than 4 weeks!)

We'll also ask you to send over any supporting information our Vets and Behaviourists may need to read before the consultation.

If your client is insured, we are able to do direct claims with many major insurers, or your client can choose to self-fund and talk to us about payment options

During the consultation, we'll provide them with a personal behaviour plan and all the support they need to combat their issue. We also give them a recording of their session to watch again and again!

Once the consultation has ended, we support them via email and arrange any reassessments necessary.

The results speak for themselves..
