It’s simple really.

If you pay for pet insurance with one of our providers, you will have an allowance for behavior consultations. And if you work with us, we make the insurance claim directly on your behalf - so you don’t pay us, the insurance company pays direct.

But this is an even better deal....

Normally, you have to pay the excess on your policy. But, different policies have different excesses and it gets confusing for our customers how much they pay.

The lowest excess is £25 - so we simply charge everyone the lowest price, and if your excess is more, we cover the difference for you.

Our team will then check your insurance and get you scheduled in. If it turns out that your insurer won't cover your behaviour struggle, we'll simply refund your £25.
You'll have your initial online consultation with your reward-based behaviour expert and start your simple actionable plan.
You meet up virtually with your behaviourist every 4 weeks to keep you on track and tweak and troubleshoot!
You can email any questions that pop up between consultations!
AND You'll also get complimentary online group training sessions and drop-in sessions for your burning questions throughout the whole process. (Value of £500!)
You certainly won't feel alone anymore!
AND whereas other people would pay £635 for all of this and £385 for the ongoing support sessions, all YOU pay is an out-of-pocket expense of £25 and we organise the rest by liaising directly with your insurer.
