This is because via Zoom, we can meet you in a calm, relaxed environment without exposing your pet to new people/ environments that may cause additional anxiety or excitement. In addition, we are able to record your session for you, so that you can revisit it as many times as you like - without needing to take notes! Aside from the opportunity to send your own notes on the struggle you're facing, our team will request your pet's veterinary history and pre-consultation questionnaire, as well as any videos or photos you may like to send.

Clients who are insured can access their treatment from as little as a £25 out-of-pocket cost*

Due to the level of expertise and qualifications of our team, Pet Plan, Kennel Club, Agria, Napo,LV and Everypaw, cover our services directly. We work with many large UK insurers directly, and more insurers on an indirect basis (where payment is made up-front and then claimed back from your insurer). If your insurer is not listed and you are unsure whether your pet will be covered, simply check your policy documents or give your Insurer a call. We can help with any documentation or information that they may require.

If you are accessing treatment via one of the Insurers that we can make Direct Claims with (Petplan, Kennel Club, Agria, Napo, LV or Everypaw), we will make all necessary checks before your pet’s treatment begins, to ensure your payment is secure before treatment begins.

A direct claim means that typically, we are able to arrange payment for your pet’s treatment directly from your insurer, and take care of all communication and paperwork!

Yes. Although a pre-authorisation is not often needed, we are happy to help with providing a pre-authorisation if you have any concerns about whether your pet would be covered depending on your insurer.

Behaviour transformation is a learning process for your pet, and we provide in-depth one-on-one support to ensure you achieve your goals. Therefore, we aren’t able to offer single consultations, as it’s not possible to achieve the kind of results we know are possible in only one session! Part of our service that clients love the most is the ability to form a close bond with their Behaviourist throughout the transformation journey, tweaking and expanding their behaviour improvement plan as they go along. As a Behavet client, you will also be able to email your clinician between consultations to provide updates, ask questions and receive support, free of charge.
