Behavet offer very competitive pricing in the field of Veterinarian-led Behaviour treatment. The total cost of treatment will vary depending on the length of your pet’s transformation plan, but we offer interest-free monthly payment plans for those who are self-funding treatment. Clients who are insured can access their treatment from as little as a £25 out-of-pocket cost*

*Any special fees or co-payments on the insurance policy may adjust the out-of-pocket cost, but we will check this ahead of time and discuss it ahead of treatment. We have a "no surprises" approach.

Due to the level of expertise and qualifications of our team, we are able to offer Pet Plan, Kennel Club, Agria, Napo and ManyPets cover our services directly. We work with many large UK insurers directly, and more insurers on an indirect basis (where payment is made up-front and then claimed back from your insurer). If your insurer is not listed and you are unsure whether your pet will be covered, simply check your policy documents or give your Insurer a call. We can help with any documentation or information that they may require.

If you are accessing treatment via one of the Insurers that we can make Direct Claims with (Petplan, Kennel Club, Agria, Many Pets, Napo), we will make all necessary checks before your pet’s treatment begins, to ensure your payment is secure before treatment begins.

Yes, due to the level of expertise and qualifications of our team, we are able to offer direct claims with Pet Plan, Kennel Club, Agria, Napo and ManyPets. A direct claim means that we are able to arrange payment for your pet’s treatment directly from your insurer, and take care of all communication and paperwork!

Yes. Although a pre-authorisation is not often needed, we are happy to help with providing a pre-authorisation if you have any concerns about whether your pet would be covered depending on your insurer.

Yes! We can help you to spread the cost of your pet’s treatment up to 6 months. Payment plans have no added interest and are a great way to spread the investment of behaviour transformation.

Behaviour transformation is a learning process for your pet, and we provide in-depth one-on-one support to ensure you achieve your goals. Therefore, we aren’t able to offer single consultations, as it’s not possible to achieve the kind of results we know are possible in only one session! Part of our service that clients love the most is the ability to form a close bond with their Behaviourist throughout the transformation journey, tweaking and expanding their behaviour improvement plan as they go along. As a Behavet client, you will also be able to email your clinician between consultations to provide updates, ask questions and receive support, free of charge.
